This tutorial is fairly straight forward, but here is the gist of it.
1) Go into the main menu.
2) Navigate to "Community"
3) Go to "Filters"
4) Change region to your preference
5) Apply the filter
6) Back out to the main menu
7) Play any Official Multiplayer game mode.
