TMGClan Manifesto: Gaming With Purpose

Below is a small creed to what we are trying to accomplish. It is a small manifesto of what we ideally want to create for the people who just can't seem to find a place to reside. I am one of those people. I found that being apart of gaming communities can be challenging, but you can read about it more down below.

We’re not losing our minds.
Pretty sure a lot of people have gone down this route of gaming and have been trying to pander to all audiences. Kind of like how I have been doing. The problem isn’t the outreach - it’s the responsibility of running a community.

Community over control.
Some people interpret endeavors like this as a means to have power or control over their own “thing.” That’s not what we’re about. Ideally, I’m doing my part to create and employ a solid group of people so we can all come together and create something unique.

We name what matters.
You’ll see words on the forum like Drama Free and Legacy Driven because creating a community is very difficult. Those words aren’t marketing - they’re promises. We hold ourselves to them because the alternative is basically chaos in the confines.

Fun first.
Gaming should be about fun, community, and laughter. I don’t understand why some people get pissed at laughing in an FPS game. If you can’t have fun, you’ve missed the point. We’re here to play, to joke, and to enjoy the absurdity of the moment.

Mellow, not passive.
We want people who are mellow, relaxed, and non-combative. That doesn’t mean timid; it means constructive. Every situation that revolves around conflict in gaming communities is lame. We don’t reward toxicity or gatekeeping.

Leadership as stewardship.
Leadership here isn’t control for its own sake. It’s about building structure, systems, and a team that reflects our values. We build, we train, we support - so the community can thrive without drama.

Presence over pressure.
Neckbeards like myself aren’t always going to be online or combative, and that’s fine. Life comes first. Show up when you can, be real when you are here, and respect others when they log off.

Legacy over short-term wins.
We play for long-term culture, not temporary clout. We protect creators, respect copyright, and build infrastructure that makes sharing, creating, and laughing sustainable.

This is an invitation.
If you want to frag and giggle, to build something that lasts, to be part of a drama-free, legacy-driven crew - welcome. If you’re looking for ego matches and nonstop toxicity, look elsewhere.

Our promise.
We will choose people over posturing, laughter over rage, craft over chaos. We will build things that outlast us. We will protect the space so the game stays fun.

"Staying real for those who can't. Stay diabolical."
